These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the JectarOne website and any cybersecurity consulting services we provide. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. About us

JectarOne is a cybersecurity consultancy based in Casablanca, Morocco, providing security assessments, vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, web application security reviews, security awareness training, and ISO 27001 readiness services.

2. Use of this website

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, compromise, or gain unauthorized access to it. The content on this site is provided for general information and does not constitute a binding offer or professional advice on its own.

3. Engagements and authorization

All security testing is performed only after a written agreement and explicit, documented authorization from the client for the systems in scope. We do not test any system without the owner's prior written consent. Each engagement is defined by a separate statement of work that sets out scope, timing, and deliverables.

4. Quotes and pricing

Quotes are based on the scope described at the time of enquiry. If the scope changes, pricing and timelines may be revised by mutual agreement before work continues.

5. Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about the systems and environment in scope.
• Confirm you are authorized to request testing of those systems.
• Ensure appropriate backups exist before any engagement begins.
• Act on remediation guidance; we advise but do not control your environment.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private. Findings, reports, and any data accessed during an engagement are shared only with authorized recipients and are governed by a non-disclosure agreement.

7. Deliverables and limitations

Our reports reflect the state of the systems in scope at the time of testing. Security is never absolute: an assessment reduces risk but cannot guarantee that no vulnerability exists or will arise later. We are not liable for issues outside the agreed scope or for changes made to systems after our work concludes.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, JectarOne's total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Intellectual property

Methodologies, templates, and tools we use remain our property. The final report prepared for a client may be used by that client for its internal purposes.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Casablanca.
