This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights, in line with Morocco's Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.

- Contact details you provide through our forms or by email — such as your name, company, email address, and phone number.
- Message content you send us when requesting an assessment, quote, or consultation.
- Technical data automatically collected when you visit our site, such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, used only to keep the site secure and improve it.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiries and provide the services you request.
- To prepare proposals, quotes, and engagement documents.
- To meet our legal, contractual, and security obligations.
- To improve our website and communications.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.
3. Confidentiality of engagements
Information related to client engagements — including findings, reports, and any data accessed during an assessment — is treated as strictly confidential and protected by a non-disclosure agreement. Such information is shared only with the people you authorize.
4. Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, or as required by law. Engagement records are retained according to the terms agreed with each client and then securely deleted.
5. Data security
As a security company, protecting information is central to what we do. We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures — including encryption, access control, and least-privilege practices — to safeguard the data we hold.
6. Your rights
Under Law 09-08, you have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data, and to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@jectar.one. You may also contact Morocco's data protection authority, the CNDP (cndp.ma).
